Erika VanDyke, MPH, DrPH candidate

Erika VanDyke is the Program Manager for the Van Scoy Research Laboratory at Penn State College of Medicine (PSU COM). In this position, she supports a large research portfolio of projects related to communication around issues concerning medical decision making. Before joining Dr. Van Scoy’s lab, she worked as a project manager for the Qualitative and Mixed Methods Core (QMMC) at PSU COM from 2020-2022. She received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Millersville University in 2015. She later went on to receive her Master of Public Health from the University of Maryland School of Medicine in 2018. Erika is currently a Doctor of Public Health Candidate at PSU COM, with a concentration in community and behavioral health. Her anticipated graduation is Summer of 2024.
